You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your parcel.

We will be purchase the amount as soon as possible via the same method of payment you used when completing your order. You will receive an email as soon as we have received your returned item(s) at our warehouse. Refunding for the returned items will occur within 14 weekdays from receipt.

After registration, you’ll receive a return label via email. Return cost is 7 EUR per request and will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed via the same payment method and within 14 weekdays after we receive your items.
