what do I do if an item I want is sold out?

If an item is sold out, it will not be displayed on the webshop. If a size is sold out, you can sign up to receive an email notification when it is back in stock.

If the wait is too long, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care. We may help you to find a stockist nearby that has the item in stock.  

where is my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The delivery time depends on your shipping address and the selected form of delivery. Please find the expected delivery time under shipping.

what do I do if I have entered incorrect information while placing an order?

If you have entered incorrect information when placing your order, please contact our customer care. We will do our best to reach our warehouse and check if the order can be updated.

when do you withdraw the amount from my account?

As soon as the order is dispatched the payment will be withdrawn from your account. You will receive an email when your order is on its way. 

when will I receive my refund for a returned item?

Once we have received your returned item, you will receive an email from us. We will then process your refund within 2–5 business days. You will receive another email once the refund has been completed.

Unfortunately, we cannot change your order once it has been placed. We recommend checking all information before completing your order. 

do I pay for the delivery?

how do I return an order?

You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Refunds are processed as soon as possible using your original payment method and within 14 business days after we receive your return.

how do I know that you have received my returned parcel?

You will receive an email once we have received your returned item(s) at our warehouse. We will then refund the amount as soon as possible using the same payment method you used when placing your order. 

can I exchange an item from my order?

Yes, exchanges can be made via our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Items can be exchanged for a different size, style, or colour. If the new item has a higher price, the difference will be charged. If it has a lower price, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

what should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

We are sorry if you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Please submit a claim through our claims portal.
