Want to return an item? No problem! Online purchases can be returned within 14 days from the date you receive the parcel. To make a return to our warehouse, follow the easy steps found under returns & exchange.
Oval Square will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible via the same method of payment you used when completing your order. You will receive an email as soon as we have received your returned item(s) at our warehouse.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange an item for you. If you would like to exchange an item you must return the item and place a new order.
