what do I do if an item I want is sold out?
If an item is sold out, it will not be displayed on the webshop. If a size is sold out you can register to receive an email and we will notify you when back in stock.
If the wait is too long do not hesitate to contact our customer service. We may help you to find a stockist nearby that has the item in stock.
can I add, change or remove items from my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot add, change or remove items from your order when it has been submitted. Once your order is placed it will be automatically processed in our system.
when will my order be dispatched?
We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Orders submitted on weekdays, the weekend or public holidays will be processed the next working day. Depending on your shipping address and the selected form of delivery, the delivery time will be indicated under shipping.
can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order once it has been submitted.

when do you withdraw the amount from my account?
As soon as the order is dispatched the payment will be withdrawn from your account. You will receive an email when your order is on its way.
when will I receive my refund for a returned item?
When we have received your returned item, you will receive an email from us. We then refund the amount within 2-5 weekdays. You will then receive an email once the refund has been completed.

how do I return an order?
Want to return an item? No problem! Online purchases can be returned within 14 days from the date you receive the parcel.
To make a return to our warehouse, follow the easy steps found under returns & exchange.
how do I know that you have received my returns parcel?
Oval Square will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible via the same method of payment you used when completing your order. You will receive an email as soon as we have received your returned item(s) at our warehouse.
can I exchange something from my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange an item for you. If you would like to exchange an item you must return the item and place a new order. You will receive an email as soon as we have received your returned item(s) at our warehouse and refund the amount via the same method of payment.
